My experience here has been absolutely fantastic! I brought in my cat, Luna, who has had some health issues lately, and I was really anxious about how things would go. Dr. Paul was thorough and compassionate, carefully examining Luna and recommending a treatment plan without any pressure. I also loved how they included me in the decision-making process; it made me feel like a true partner in Luna's care. The follow-up calls they made to check on her progress were a nice touch. It's so rare to find a place that genuinely cares about the well-being of our pets! The only minor thing I would mention is that the wait time can sometimes be a bit long during peak hours, but I believe it’s because they give each pet the attention they deserve. All in all, I'm so thankful I found this place. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but it’s worth every mile!
